Had appointment for 2pm for one tire to be changed. 4pm still here. What was the point of making an appointment. Not coming back sorry

Had appointment and still had to wait 1.5hrs. for nail repair. Then the next morning discovered all the change I had in my ash tray had been stolen. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Mad as...
Al my oil changes have been done very well. Last month I replaced 4 tires. After 3 false starts with the wrong tires (not the ones ordered and promised) the right tires were installed - with a smile.
My 82 year old father, and my brothers 89 year old father in law recently stopped in this business after developing an issue with a tire on their way to lunch. It took 3 and 1/2 hours to replace a tire because he didn't have an appointment. Nice way to treat a couple of senior citizens. Customer service is a unheard of practice at this establishment, spend your money elsewhere.
I got 4 new tires and they took me in right away. I waited a while, but that's what happens when you get quality work done. Thank you guys!!
The service/people/experience was absolutely horrible!!! I don't recommend anyone to go here
