Let me preface this review by saying I can count on one hand how many reviews I've done in my lifetime, and this being the first negative one. I've taken my cars to Tire Discounters for a number of years - purchased tires, oil changes, and brakes - and have found them to be reputable and an overall good value. However, earlier this week I took my son's car in for an oil change. I cannot say enough positive about this store! We have needed them for multiple tire issues, and have been pleased every time! They are pleasant, informative, and easy to work with!

Traveling and noticed flat tire on car trailer when we stopped for gas. This location got us in and out fast! Tire purchased and changed in less than a half hour. Highly recommend the men working at this location!

I’m VERY upset about my visit to your store on Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky. My wife ended up having 2 flat tires on her way to work Wednesday 1/30/19 morning on her 2009 BMW 135i. She works just less than 1/2 mile down the road from the store. Keep in mind this is an hour from where we live. I drive all the way down to her and help her get the car down the road to your store.
