Jason and team has done a excellent job. Explained everything fully. Great place to be.
I was so happy to have found this shop. I got 4 new tires and the guys were very cool. They also told me my 2014 Buick lug nuts were shot. And .. No one I ever went to for any tire rotation ever said a thing about them. I'm so happy to have everything good again. Thanks guys I really like to have things safe. The Lug nuts should have been doe 60,000 miles ago, the new ones look fantastic. M8.
Great service called on Tuesday to check on some tires spoke with Bill who promised and delivered same day service for a set of 4 new tires and alignment. Had a small shake afterwards due to a balancing issue came back and they fixed the issue fast and easy. Will definitely be back next time I need tires!
Had a terrible experience with Kyle. He approached the entire conversation with me with aggression, both on the phone when I called to see if my car was ready, and when I picked up my car. I wrote in to tell the company about my experience, because I value family-owned companies, and got a call from the regional manager. She confirmed that I was not the first person to have this type of experience, and that she had already talked with him about his aggressive demeanor with customers.
