So I had a tire go flat near turfway at 730pm. I called Walmart(which also closes at 8pm), they said they couldn’t. I called this store, and they did it with no problem at all. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They had us out of there within an hour, even with me getting 4 new tires. Highly recommend. Particularly Chris and Kev, thank you all so much!
One of the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Chris McIntyre is the worse manager I have ever dealt with in my life. Had a simple tire repair job and all he wanted to do was make money and sell me a tire I didnt need. When i called him on it I was told to leave his "Fucking store" at this time my car was still up on the rack without a rim or tire. When i told him I wasnt leaving untill it was fixed he threaten to call the police. I have had good experiences at other locations but will never give another penny... read more
I always have peace of mind when I leave and pricing is competitive. I didn't even have an appointment, but it was urgent that I get my brakes done, and they did it. Great group of people, always kind and friendly. Thanks again!
One of the workers here (Chris) was headed to Speedway, and asked if anyone needed anything (question was aimed toward the employees there). I jokingly yelled “I’d like an icee” and look was later blessed with an icee while waiting on my car. �� These guys and gals are always friendly here, and most importantly they do a great job!
Chris and his staff always take care of me and leave me with some change in my pocket. I have been visiting and counting on this location for several years and they have always done nothing but make me happy!! They serviced my 11 year old Jeep today and she’s begging for a road trip!! Love you guys!!!Thanks so much!! I promise I will keep bringing you guys customers and burgers!! �
