Brought my Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. After picking it up and once I was in my driveway, noticed a black grease "palm print" on my fender, then another on my hood, grease fingerprints along my driver door and 3 streaks of oil running down my front bumper where it was "dripped upon." And my truck is white! Oh, and nevermind no reminder sticker for when the next oil change is due. For $70 bucks, you'd think they could do much better than that? RecommendedAfter my Mom had a horrible experience at another Tire Discounters, we were referred to the location on Fuller St in Florence, Ky. Everyone at this location was absolutely Amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my Mom was taken care of. You guys are seriously the Best and I’ll be sure to send everyone I know to you! I went in for a brake job and they told me that I would also need bearings and although I didn't hear noise coming from the joint I went ahead and replaced the parts against my better judgment. I then searched the web and found no supporting evidence that I should have replaced the part's with my car only reaching the 65,000 mile mark. As we were on a trip to Ark Encounters with our grandchildren, we hit something on the interstate and had a blowout. We drove 50 miles to Tire Discounters on Fuller in Florence Ky. Manager Chris McIntyre and staff provided a comfy place to wait ( along with cartoons for my Grands) and had us back on the road in less than an hour!! We called the whole experience just a small detour on the way to a fun day!! Thank you SO much Chris and crew!!!!
