Brandon and Justin were able to mount new tires on our trailer within just a 20 minute notice. They saved our day, with great customer service! Much more pleasant tire experience than I’ve ever had!
I will no longer be coming here. Their prices keep increasing while the quality of their service decreases. I no longer trust this location with my car.
I was sold an alignment with a 3 year coverage when I scheduled an appointment to bring it in to have the alignment I was told they only set the toe and not the caster or camber. It was not even set to factory recommendations.
Recently had an experience here that did not match up to previous experiences. Afterwards, they contacted me and made things right. I appreciate the actions taken by management, and quality of work.
Please do not spend your hard earned money at this Tire Discounters location….the other reviews speak for themselves. They essentially tore my brakes apart and deemed the truck “unsafe” to drive and said I’d have to have the truck towed or they would notify the Tennessee Highway Patrol. When I’d explained to them I was taking the truck to the Firestone location across the parking lot, they made me sign a release to get my truck back.
