Brought car in to patch a tire and get new brakes. Caitlyn called me and let me know it needed new rotors and told me the price and I agreed to the new rotors. When I showed up and payed and got my receipt, I saw a 300 dollar charge for a TD Fluid Service to change all of my fluids. I walked back in and told them I never ordered a fluid service and wanted a refund for that. Fantastic customer service. Fast vehicle service. Went in with a screw in my tire and they took care of the patch free of charge, and even swapped a complimentary new battery in my key once they saw it had died. GM Nate took care of me. Will definitely be going back here for any tire needs!
Surprisingly great service. How often does a service not charge you for something quoted. Tire Discounters did not do something that wasn't needed and removed the charge. Refreshing!!
