I've had a couple bad experiences with tire shops on Lexingtons east side so a friend suggested I go to Tire Discounters in Hamburg on Bryant Road and ask for Joey. Well, I had some time today and dropped by. They were slammed so I was just going to price some tires and come back later. Joey priced me some tires with install and alignment for cheaper than I could find even online. He actually had them in stock and had me in and out within one hour of me getting there. I attempted to get a set of 4 tires for their online price of $612 after the $100 discount. Base price $712. Of course, the installation and disposal fees aren't included. They tried to say that the tires are $812 before the discount, then when I challenged that, they said it was because of the "installation fee." No, it's not. Then I wanted the road hazard, etc. But, I'm not fighting for the lower price of the tires when I'm already getting the runaround.

I had a nail in my tire. Josh (advisor) and Thomas (technician) here got me in and repaired in less than 60 minutes and back on the road. Outstanding customer service by these two, and they taught me a lot about what is and what isn’t repairable. Highly recommend.
