What a ripoff! Fake! – My wife bought two new tires and assumed everything was included as they advertised. They did not even OFFER alignment to her. She purchased the "Freedom Plan" to cover the tires. Less than 5,000 miles later one of the tires blew out while driving. The steel belt was showing through the inside of the tire. Good Experience – Brought my car there for tires. The manager was very helpful (and honest) and sold me on the tires that met my needs and not the most expensive ones they had. They were very busy and said it would take about an hour and a half to install and align my wheels which seemed reasonable I guess. In a little less than that I was ready to go and my car drives and handles as good as Chris (the manager) said it should ! Go There – My husband is a mechanic, and he usualy takes care of my van. He was gone to Iraq and I had a lot of problems with my van ( go figures). They were so helpful and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. So from that time on if I have a problem with my van and my husband decides to not have time for it. I will bring my van to the nice guys at Tire Discounters in Kennwood.
