As a single mother it’s hard to find reliable honest automotive services. This one is by far the most straight forward honest shop I have come across. Josh was great, made things super easy to understand without any hidden charges which makes a world of difference in this economy. Thank you so much, I highly recommend.
I was in a difficult spot and needed a new tire and tire rod. The guys at TD Sugarcreek got the order placed for the matching tire and got everything replaced quickly so I only had to be without my car for a day. Then I had trouble with the system because TD credit is no longer through Synchrony so the system wouldn't accept my TD credit card. GM Josh Harkleroad was very kind, patient, and helpful as we battled the system trying to get it to accept my old card and then try to apply for a new one. The system worked against us... read more
staff has horrible attitude
I always have amazing customer service when I am here! Today I came in because a piece of my under carriage was dragging and they got me squared away in ten minutes. Total life savers! Cannot recommend this place enough! They did a great job with my tires earlier in the year as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Got a very good deal on our tires the guys were great. Josh is a great manager it was a pleasant experience.
