Excellent service, whether for tires or repairs. Our experience is with two older vehicles. No pressure to repair something "right now." 5-star, as far as we are concerned.
Tried to tell me that they have to install upper control arm adjustable bolts instead of just adjusting them after I installed them. Wanted to charge me $150 for four adjustable cam bolts that I found online for $51. Then told me it would be $200 in labor for a job that takes no more than a half hour. They only care a out sales and not doing right by the customer!
The staff has been always very helpful and I always feel like it is a good value for my time and money.
I went to Tire Discounters 6 days ago to have four new tires put on my car and the alignment deal. Things seemed fine, everybody was nice, polite and willing to get things done, or at least I thought. After I got my car back that day I was driving up I-270 and 3 lug nuts came off of 3 tires and I had to call somebody to help me get the car home. Tire Discounters paid for the towing of the car and did a couple extra things to it, but nothing would have been able to make up for it if I would have died on the highway because of... read more
