Bad experience. Synopsis- took in for oil change, tire check\rotation, cabin filter and check front passenger lamp. Informed about and hour. 2.5 hrs later i call them and they say ready. I get there and.tires not checked and headlamp not checked!! Had 2 wait another 15 minutes and watched Keystone Cops walking in circles. No more business from me.
had 4 tires put on 11/18/19! This was something I dreaded doing as it was my first time! I was pleasantly surprised! Michael Marcum was most pleasant and set me at ease! I was in and out in record time! Everyone in store were helpful!
