Horrible, they called me a mfer. They can't do service right so they blame it all on me. Will not go back here ever again.
My husband and I had a flat on 64 headed to VA. The guys stayed 30 minutes late and repaired the tire instead of just trying to sell a new one. The were extremely professional, friendly and honest. We will search out this chain in our travels and St home. Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to make out night better...great team!
When it was time to buy new tires, they provided us with a variety of options and a payment plan that worked for us!!!
While this negative experience with Tire Discounters began at TD #10 in Florence, KY, it ended at TD #65 in Walton, KY, an hour later. I'm a fourteen year customer of Tire Discounters with at least thirteen sets of tires purchased from TD #10 in Florence, KY. It would have been fourteen, but TD stopped carrying the 16" / 6-ply tires I needed for one of our SUVs. When I first heard that a tire shop was moving in to this space, I wasn't too thrilled. But, they aren't just your average tire shop. We tried them out to patch a tire. There is no cost for this service. They just hope that you will shop there for your next set of tires. After a second tire fix, we used them for a new set of tires. Their prices are competitive and our car was ready in a decent amount of time.
The new GM Tim Pickett went out of his way to insure my daughter and I had a great experience. Knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely go and ask for him and the facility was clean and inviting!
I had my first experience with Tire Discounters today. It was a great experience. I was treated very good. They found a problem that had occurred at another auto repair shop and corrected the issue at no charge. They also performed some other maintenance that I requested and there prices were very good.
