They destroyed 2 of my take off tires (after being told I wanted them) because they only had 10,000 miles on them they were BFGoodrich train-terrain 20" tires $250 each. I had them put the tires in the covered bed. When I noticed the damage 7 days later and asked if they would accept responsibility the Regional Manager told the local manager to tell me I couldn't prove they did the damage. My family and I were traveling to Michigan from South Carolina in a rental car from Enterprise. The van had a rear wheel balance issue; the entire vehicle was vibrating starting at 70 mph. The local Enterprise agent told me about this place to get it repaired since they have a contract with them. They got us in the next morning. They were super friendly and quick. We were out and back on the road in no time.
I want to express my sincerest appreciation for the service I received from from the Tire Discounters staff with a special thanks to Jeff the manager. Since I only live a couple of miles away he ran me home so he could work on my car (new back tires) at the convenience of the shop. Tire Discounters has been my go-to store for tires since first time I visited. I heard great things about them since they opened the doors in Jeffersonville. I have bought tires there and had service done. They are quick and VERY competitive in price. This latest visit was super fast when Blake got my daughters car in for an alignment and it was free since I bought the 3 year alignment service when I bought her tires 3 or 4 months ago.
