I got my tired rotated and a oil change.
I can’t say enough great things about this location. They are friendly, nice, & helpful. Always willing to try to work with me to get done what I need & I never wait long for my car to be finished. If you need anything done to your car I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys so much for all your help & making car inconveniences a little better for me 🙏🏽 I will continue to come back for any car needs!
I have taken my car to this location twice and have had nothing shy of a great experience. There is certainly a sense of trust that you get working with John and the other members of the La Grange Rd. tire discounters. They do not try to upsell you and went out of their way to show me the dry rotting on the tires & explanation of why replacement was needed. Great service and could not be any happier with my experience. Highly recommend this location and working with John.
My car broke down less than half of a mile after leaving the shop. I had the water pump replaced. The car was towed back to the shop where it sat over the hoilday weekend. I was giving several reason why the water pump failed. Because they could get parts until the following Tues I was told to rent a car and that I would be reimbursed. Today I was told it was a corporate issue and I needed to find their number. All i needed was a tire plug. Instead of telling me when I came at 5:30 that they needed me to wait (in-store) until 6:30-7 , they say can you wait until 6:30-7. Mind you i have to be at work at 6 so i tell them that’s fine , i can come back at 6:30. You’d think at that point they’d specify what they meant but instead waste my time having me leave work to come back there only to be told i was supposed to wait in the store.
