Dishonest business/told me I needed new brake pads. Got a 2nd opinion and they said the brakes were fine.
I dropped my car off for a low tire check at 9:45 this morning. They said it would be done at 12:30 and that seemed like a long time to check a tire but I had some errands I could do within walking distance. When I came back at 12:15 my car had not been looked at and it was clear my car had been entirely forgotten. I left at 1:00, with no assistance and with a half hearted "sorry". Luckily the place down the road checked my tire in ten minutes. I cannot recommend this place because of the lousy service I got.
spent $1000 on tires and had to go back a few days later because they didn't balance them correctly. They re-balanced them, or so they said, but I couldn't tell a difference. Took my car to the Newport location two days later and they said all 4 tires were out of balance! They properly balanced them and now it's smooth sailing. Either Ft. Wright's equipment is faulty or they don't know what they're doing! Regardless, I will steer clear of them!
