Craig is the most customer experience minded person I have ever met. I recently bought my new tires from him. A month later, one of the tires got really damaged due to a puncture. We took it back. He ordered a new pair and put on my spare. It turns out my spare was no good. Took it back, he actually went out of his way and found me a full size loaner tire till my new tires arrived so I can actually get around city. This was in the middle of their crazy busy season.
