I took my wife's vehicle here for a routine oil change and the technician started the engine with no oil and it ruined the engine. They did replace the engine in her car but only after a 4 1/2 month long nightmare we had to endure. After the engine replacement, it showed up on the Carfax and our vehicles value was diminished and they did not care. Fast quality service with friendly employees. They stayed late so I could pick my car up. Reasonable price
They’re nice enough. Went in for an alignment after replacing my tie rods and was told my ball joints (upper and lower) are worn. I already knew that, so the alignment won’t hold (they aren’t wrong) but the dude seemed irritated when I told him it doesn’t matter to me, I know it won’t shift to much it’s better than after the install I did. People can only afford to do so much guys. The upper and lowers are on my list of things I need to do. Thank yall for the alignment and tire rotation.
