I was promised repeatedly that my custom grill cover would be shipped. There was constant stalling. Finally Jackie admitted that she made a mistake on my cover and after several weeks , still didn't ship it. I talked to her husband who explained that they had a ton of person social events. Jackie refunded my money because I was pressuring her. Had she been honest from day 1 and told me it would take 3-5 weeks, there wouldn't have been an issue. Nice people, but unprofessional promises that they don't keep,
