Uodate- Got a call from Mr. Raffi, with whom I had dealt the past, he really took care of the issue and resolved it. I had a great experience with Tire Connection about two years ago when I purchased a winter tire package from them. Because of that, I went back last month to buy two summer tires and added wheel balancing to the service. After the tires were installed, I immediately noticed vibrations.
