I just purchased four winter tires from Tire Connection. At the start of the season, my existing winter tires that I had since 2021 seem to be OK but with the last snowfall, the tread had worn to the point that I needed to get new ones even though it’s at the end of the season. I had a hiccup with wrong tires and Raffi honoured the lower price tire & added an extra refund ontop. Great experience with how it was handled overall - will definitely be back!
I randomly dropped in here because the sensor light on my tires went off. I had a long drive into Toronto and I had a long drive ahead of me. This shop was amazing. They took a look at my car right away, filled the tires with air and explained the issue. They would not accept payment for doing this. This is an exceptionally good company who care about the service they provide. I highly recommend! Thank you.
