I have used this shop many times...most experiences we good and I was pleased. I did have one incident I was not pleased with. Initially yes the shop was challenging and did not want to work with me and was very frustrating...eventually after talking to the right person the situation was mostly resolved and they worked with me and resolved the issue within reason.
Do not trust this company. When he sees the opportunity he will overcharge you, or include something that you did not really need. My mother and sister went to get an estimate for problems I was aware of however, he gave them a higher price compared to when I had called him over the phone. He will take ADVANTAGE of you! I DO NOT recommend company for any services.
