Came to get my car tire fixed. Nail taken out and patched, tire flat again the next day. Charged for nothing. Not ideal. They communicated properly and called when ready, but my problem isnt fixed.
These people do a good job. Gilbert, the manager, takes care of business in a very professional way. Your car is ready when they tell you. There are eating places within a short walk while they work on the vehicle. I have been going there for 5 or 6 years with nothing but reliable, reasonable service.
Replaced my tires, windshield wipers, and found out why my car was making a grinding sound. The dealership put my break pads on incorrectly!!! Tire Pros fixed the issue. Their prices are fair and they do excellent work! Very honest!!
Gilbert knew exactly what I needed on an unusual battery replacement. He got me a fair price, got my car right in while I waited and the tech did a super btty replacement that I think Ford should be ashamed of the design of it.
