Pitiful Customer Service and workmanship Brought in 4 brand new Yokohama tires to have them mounted and balanced. Paid $130 for 4 tires (Overpriced but was convenient). Drove to work the following Monday and had a vibration in the steering wheel. Inspected the tires and found the manufacturer shipping label still taped to the tire tread on one of the tires and none of the original wheel weights had been touched. Tires were mounted but I doubt they did much in the way of proper balancing based on the vibration in the steering... read more
