Called on Wednesday to order tires for our car, best price we could find in this area. On Thursday morning, Ronda called and said the tired were in, and when would we like to get them put on. We went in today, Thursday afternoon and SHE did all the work herself, had the tires mounted, balanced and put on the car. We were there about an hour. Austin B. is an idiot. Tire City is a fantastic small business and I highly recommend them and I know my shit- unlike Austin B. He sucks.
I do not recommend tire city in Rice lake I went there to buy 2 tires and get a simple swap off my snow tires the lady stripped my stud and blamed it on Walmart she also didn't secure the tire correctly. When I left I felt it wobble and brought it back immediately she looked it over and had Jason auto repair mechanic look it over and they said I had a tiny bit of play in the ball joint and that was causing the wobbling, I told them it was not doing this before and she sent me on my way anyways.
