Chuck was very polite and informative. Was traveling back home and had about 5 hours left and got a flat tire. He went out of his way to make sure we got back on the road.
Awesome experience!! Helped get me out of a pinch on a Saturday and was very affordable! Can’t recommend enough! Very friendly and down to earth as well which makes an experience that much better!
We had the misfortune of getting a piece of metal stuck in our tire on our way home from vacation. Completely flat with two dogs in the truck with a 6.5 hour drive left to go. This was the only place open on a Saturday and we were lucky in that he had the right size tire. Chuck was gracious enough to meet us (15 miles away) help remove the tire, take it back to his shop to set and balance it, and then bring it back to replace it for us. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend this guy!! We were traveling to orange beach from IN on a Saturday afternoon with a van full of little kids and luggage and got a flat tire. Literally everywhere we called was already closed until Monday/didn’t have the right size tire to fit. Thank God we stumbled upon Chuck from a google search. He works out of a garage behind his home but don’t let that throw you off! He was so kind and is clearly a tire expert and very thorough checking the replacement making sure it would hold up for us.... read more
