The first time I went to this place they were very nice and they rotated my tires without charging me because I would need new tires very soon , so they earned my business to come back. Unfortunately since I've been back it's been frankly terrible. The people I encounter there are usually very pleasant, but it's clear the upper management has no clue what they are doing. I had some tire work done here and had the best experience. Richard and the staff were very friendly and service was quick. Also very reasonably priced.

I have used this service several times. I am greeted quickly, listened to, and given all the information I need. There was no pressure and quick service. I’ve never had a problem, only courteous service.

Poor service and hostile attitude from the manager. Went in because of a slow leak in a rear tire, was told it couldn't be patched and had to be replaced and they had an $80 tire available immediately. Repair took 2.5 hrs and somehow came out to $340. They said it was for labor, alignment, balancing, rotating, roadside hazard, etc. Then when getting on the highway to go home the car started shaking violently.
