I waited more than two hours for two tires to be installed on my vehicle. Pretty sure the guy went to lunch during that time. He removed the valve extenders and left the tires low on air pressure. Not buying anymore tires here.
Called to schedule 4 tires for my camper on vacation. The call center they use is a waste of time because no information is transferred from them to the store so I still had to explain and answer the same questions twice but Kat at the store was extremely nice and helpful the guys in the shop were very quick and professional. Even though the shop didn’t have room for the trailer and had to take off the tires myself they was worth it. Definitely recommend.
Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile
Unfortunately they could not accommodate a walk in first thing for a tire repair and oil change but they did give me an appointment later in the day. The turnaround was quick but, because they forgot to order a standard oil filter and I did not have time to wait for a delivery from the parts store, I had to settle for the repair only.
