Had a plug start leaking on the way to the beach. They got us right in and fixed(patched from the inside) and back on the road. No crazy sales pitch and no pressure.
Nasty attitude from the old guy running the front desk. Acts like he's too busy for them rob you. $350 for one tire is outrageous as your cheapest option. Completely unwilling to help in any way. A "tire service center" thay cant even plug a tire. Go to a local shop instead.
While on vacation, I had a non-repairable flat. I stopped into the Manteo NC location to see if a tire could be ordered. The manager was able to order the exact tire and set me an appointment the next day at 1:00. The work was done quickly and competently and the tire monitor reset. I was satisfied with the value of the transaction.
