Scheduled an appointment for 6pm…got there 15 minutes early just to be told they don’t see my appt and there is no inspector. Spoke with the ‘manager’ who was rude and condescending. No apology given!!! Wouldn’t let me speak and I was told I could not speak. I was not being argumentative, I just wanted him to see my call log on the phone so he could advise their staff to help prevent someone else from having the same issue. Clean shop, friendly service, we got a flat and they were able to swap the tire quickly on same day notice, saved us! Thank you
