Had an amazing experience, Michael from front desk, explained and showed everything thoroughly, felt like he indeed tried to help in any way the best he could. The prices were very good, fast service. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
I had a very frustrating experience at this tire shop. I arrived 45 minutes before closing, only to be refused service because they “close at 6.” There was no actual manager present—just a guy with gauges in his ears who claimed to be in charge. He continuously talked over me and argued instead of listening. The most disappointing part is that he never even asked what the issue was or took a look at my tire.
