Excelente service and attention
Car dropped off on Saturday morning to pick up on Sunday. Requested oil change with synthetic and check on switch not working. Special for oil change was $78, however, was being billed total of $127. When question the difference was told my car takes 6 it's is 5 it's for special. The ad did not distinguished # of qts. Attendant was very rude, loud and not understanding. I reluctantly paid and left never to come back after so many years visiting this store. BTW, switch was never looked at. Terrible service 😑
Can’t go wrong with Transparent fair pricing, guaranteed quality work, and excellent customer service. 👏🏾 God Bless Mike. Not only was he transparent, helpful, kind and knowledgeable during my interaction, he met everyone that stepped through his doors including his team w/ the same authenticity. Most people avoid the auto-shop, but Mike is a standup guy who you can tell takes care of people. He’s earned my respect and continued business.
