On 4/27 leandro helped with an ongoing mass flow issue he was very helpful knowledgeable and even descalated an ongoing issue with a irate customer. He the best representative in your locations that are below average with customer service from my experience. He is an asset to the company and a great manager.

Wife took car to plug a tire. They informed her rear brakes need to be replaced. Since I'm a tech myself I removed rear wheels and to my surprise pads are more then 80% life left. Bad business practices. Most people with no automotive experience would have replaced at a cost of 450 dollars. WHAT A SHAME. SCAMMERS. GET A SECOND OPINION
