I was at the right spot when my car gave out. Smoke coming from under the hood due to being overheated. Went inside to obtain some coolant spoke with Johnae and explained the issue. She was very polite and attentive. Her and a coworker pushed my car to a secure spot for it to cool down. After assessing the issue recommendation was made to resolve it.
