Refuses to give pricing without inspection which i understand. But when the villages tires choice will give a quote and have better customer service. Ill drive the extra 30 minutes. Quite amusing that one tires choice will give a quote but the other will not, is that company policy or just a store by store "rule" ....Lost a future customer.

We met the kindest gentleman on Sunday afternoon. His name is Clay and he works in Ocala. I brought my Jeep Renegade in because I thought had ran over a nail. He helped assist us in looking for the nail and proved there was no leak and could have been a sensor issue, he aired up my tires and told us you are good! I appreciate his honesty, time and effort to provide real caring customer solution. He could have told me anything he wanted to, like yup you need a new tire. AC recharge. AC charged to cool not cold. Cause my car to run hot and I was left stranded for two hours couldn’t get anybody on the phone, finally waited to the next day for them to tell me nothing could be done not even a refund.

I hated going to places like this in the past, not knowing if they're going to take advantage of a woman but I was pleasantly surprised by the entire team. The asst mgr was so understanding and helpful and the tech was courteous. I appreciate that they kept me informed and didn't mislead me along the way. Definitely will go back for any tires or maintenance when needed.
