I recently brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection and had a great experience from start to finish. Sal was the technician who helped me, and he was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough also with the assistant of Robert. I came for my appointment at 12, my car wasn’t pulled in for 2 hours. And took another hour just for an oil change. I don’t understand the point for an appointment if I still have to wait 3 hours. Time management is very poor.
