I was a loyal customer until this last appointment. I was quoted a price of 175.00 dollars to get my inner and outer tie rods replaced. This was because I had taken it to get a set of tires and alignment done. They wanted to much for the tires without balancing. I took my car to Walmart Supercenter and had 4 tires of good quality replaced they also balanced and disposed of my old tires for under 4 hundred when your company would have racked me for 600+ without disposal or balancing for under 100.00 dollars a tire. I was passing through town. My car broke down. Looked up online where to take it. Tire choice was the only choice. They did a great job management staff, and everybody was on point.
Just an oil change but it was quick and easy and it was a good experience. The people were very friendly.
February I bought brake lines, calipers,brake shoes and rotors for my truck and had these guys install them they even added another 100 bill to the cost of labor here it is April and the brakes are metal to metal stop down and told them about it and they act like it ain't there problem they guy at the auto parts store says it's from not greasing the pins on the caliper though the lady says she made sure they greased them she never once went to the garage I guess that's what happens the mechanics are playing around instead of... read more
