They took my car right at the appointment time. Worked only on my car instead of splitting time between two. Ar was clean. Notified me of some concerns in a non pushy manner. In and out within an hour.
I had a tire pop Saturday night. Looking it up online, It said that Tire Choice would be open. Even when I called the official company’s customer service, they allowed me to book an appointment for 1 PM. I drove 2 1/2 miles on a popped tire just to find out that they were actually closed. While I’ve been serviced at this location in the past, It is completely unacceptable that the company’s official hotline would allow me to book an appointment when they are clearly closed.
Guys are good to deal with and give great service. They care about your safety and budget.
I went there to get a tire patched. They refused to patch it and tried to sell me 4 new tires. Very dishonest. I took the car someplace else and they patched it for me. I will not go there for service ever again.
Great service and fair price.
