If I can give this place a zero i would. Why am I even calling the call center? I made an appointment TWICE AND THEY ARE CLOSED!! I got the confirmation and everything. This place sucks. I will never come back ever again.
After they charged $55 for balance and rotation. I had to use another place 24hrs later to have every tire rebalanced
Drivetime dealership had an emergency repair with 2 wheels off of “repair” from a Justin resulting in 2 twisted axles and now failed transmission . Clearly not asc certified or auto certified for that matter. They would know the basics like wheel torque specs.We will be billing the company directly and let the legal team take over from here. Do Not get served here . Go ahead ask for their ASC certification. I don’t know how they do auto service there but I didn’t know employees were allowed to drink alcohol on the job namely... read more
