Their call center allowed me to schedule a same day appointment for a Sunday afternoon, and I specifically asked to make sure this location was actually open on Sundays since the previous location I drove to was closed, but when I showed up for my appointment the sign on the locked door clearly showed the hours as closed on Sunday. I cannot speak to the quality of service since services were never rendered, but the unreliability of the operating hours is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against taking your vehicle here for service. If you already have, I recommend checking your CarFax report. I had been bringing my car here for years, only to discover when I went to sell it at a dealership that Monro Tire Choice had reported my mileage incorrectly, making it appear as though the odometer had been rolled back. This has now rendered my car unsellable to any dealership. Rolling back mileage is not only unethical, but also a violation of both federal and state law.
If I can give this place a zero i would. Why am I even calling the call center? I made an appointment TWICE AND THEY ARE CLOSED!! I got the confirmation and everything. This place sucks. I will never come back ever again.
After they charged $55 for balance and rotation. I had to use another place 24hrs later to have every tire rebalanced
