I had the worst experience this time around at this location. They took 3 hours when I was told it would be 1 by the tech. The lady up front disregarded me at check out which made it harder than it needed to be to pay when I have an account with them. And tried to insinuate i was lying when it turns out she was not using the system correctly. Violet is very short with people. I was given a wrong price for an alignment and she wouldn’t confirm that. When I walked outside to call the call center and went back to her the waiting time went from 1.5 hours to 3 hours all of a sudden on Sunday when there was no any other customers in there. I would go to the store in Alessandro and Heacock. The guy there is very helpful and very friendly. But that store with Violet! I wouldn’t go back.
Amazing! I woke up to a flat tire and had to be at work but in less than 15 minutes I was in and out of there with no hassle. Everyone was very accommodating and so understanding of my situation. Plus it wasn't expensive. I'm for sure coming here again.
Scheduled an appointment and left our vehicle there for hours, to show back up and see no service has been completed because they "didn't know" what service to perform. They didn't even attempt to call or look at their appointments to confirm the scheduled service. What a huge waste of time!!
