I would suggest getting quotes on parts before committing to the repairs. Out of the last 3 services we have done, something has gone wrong on each of them! When you pay $700 for tires, you expect all of them to have air! When we picked it up, one did not and they had to go to West Memphis to get another one. Mike is awesome, the rest of the staff I have encountered did not seem to know what to do. One time the oil completely drained out of my daughter’s car and we had to have it towed. I had a brake line leaking. Before I could get it fully diagnosed, I'd pulled up one day close to the end of business/closing time because I was freaking out that my brakes went right to the floor. Mike came out and put a little brake fluid in and immediately it began dripping but I was able to make it home safely. He was so kind. I ended up coming back to them when I had an off day to have them properly diagnose that one brake line was absolutely rusted. They'd even showed me. I love the honesty man. We were from out of town and Daniel, an angel, from Tire Choice, came to our rescue. Our car battery went dead and Daniel went way above and beyond to come to where we were and give us a jump and let us follow him back to the shop for them to put on a new battery. Mike Steele, the Manager, was so friendly, professional and truly eased our nerves during our stressful situation.
