All 3 of the employees I dealt with were very incredibly rude. I ended up going to Newton Bros. instead, HIGHLY recommend. Costco has lost my business.
All the reviews about Reuben are true
I purchased new tires and had them mounted at this location. The shop stripped one of my wheels bolts and lug so I had to have it repaired, and Costco told me they would reimburse me. Not a big deal on paper, except for the blatant lack of care of empathy from the staff here. They failed to even get my filed claim to a manager more than a week after the incident, and offered no apologies. I’m still waiting for my refund and I wouldn’t recommend having any work done at this location!
If you need tires soon this isn’t the place. The service writers were a bit grumpy as well. I was in a rush as a traveler and they weren’t very understanding and were quite dismissive once they knew it.
