So typically I have very good experiences at Costco. I replaced my tire here it went great. However, I just called to ask for a receipt for my purchases and I was only hold for 25 minutes, as soon as someone picked up they said "can you please hold" I said "yes for sure". 14 minutes later someone else picks up says "hold". Then I call back after hanging up after waiting an additional 10 more minutes of waiting. All 3 of the employees I dealt with were very incredibly rude. I ended up going to Newton Bros. instead, HIGHLY recommend. Costco has lost my business.

I purchased new tires and had them mounted at this location. The shop stripped one of my wheels bolts and lug so I had to have it repaired, and Costco told me they would reimburse me. Not a big deal on paper, except for the blatant lack of care of empathy from the staff here. They failed to even get my filed claim to a manager more than a week after the incident, and offered no apologies. I’m still waiting for my refund and I wouldn’t recommend having any work done at this location!
