Can confirm that Red Sierra is deranged. Altho the (German) design of my parents' wheels prevented Zak from completing the job, I will definitely be reaching out when I have need for service on a different vehicle. Zak was professional, on-time, and really tried hard to work around the issues with the wheels on my parents' vehicle. A+ service
AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS This guy Zak was rude and threatened us We thought it was open as listed on Google he never fixed our tire and gave us illegal advice It's super cool that tire bud knows how to respond to a Google review but not edit his hours on Google If your store didn't say it was open, we never would have showed up.
