Bought tires , the scheduled me for install . 1 hour before my slot called and canceled. Reschedule for 5 days later , told them to keep the tires . 6 days later called and asked why I didn't make my appointment. Also trying to charge me for installation, mounting and balancing . Right on counter buy 4 tires get free install and efc.wouldnt reccomend for anything
Horrible, awful customer service. We walked in and I complimented the black gal on her nails. I previously had experience with her a couple years ago that was the same as today and hoped entering with an extra sweet demeanor and compliment would go well. My husband said he saw a coupon online for the tire check and free alignment check and she scouffed and said that is just a normal free thing here. She said what’s wrong, you need new tires? The female at the counter was extremely rude. The tech who finished repairing my tire drove the car out to the parking lot and then brought the paperwork inside to hand it to the female working the counter. I stood up from the corner seat where I was sitting and took just two steps toward the counter. The female at the counter immediately snapped at me in a hostile tone, "You can't come up her yet," referencing a simple sign that was not visible from where I was seated. Employee was rude and nasty . Told me I didnt need to come back and didnt want my business.
On 11/16/2018 I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Tire Barn to have a flat tire repaired as my family was preparing to travel for Thanksgiving. I was told my tire had a nail and that they would not be able to repair it. I paid $172.00 for a Pantera Touring tire. On Sunday 1/24/2021 I went back to Tire Barn to schedule an appointment to have the rest of my tires replaced with the same brand. I was told my vehicle still has all 4 original Michelin tires. They need Alan back. They can never seem to get people in at the time they make their appointment for.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would never recommend this location! Brad the "manager" has no sense of management our car sat for nine hours, was never looked at, and they never called.
The staff is always super nice
Don't waste your time with shady places that may or may not have a + in their name... GO TO TIRE BARN FIRST! Best place, best prices, excellent service, very respectful and respectable employees. A++
