went to the big box store about a half mile down the road & customer service was horrible. came to the tire barn & was treated very nicely, paid far less, & was back on the road in no time. will definitely go to them with all my tire needs in the future!
Think twice before you purchase any warranty from them. When you want to use your warranty, be prepared it won't be honored. They are rude to their customer and tell you they don't need you as a customer. Free replacement, tread of life warranty, customer satisfaction are just jokes.
