The customer service was terrible! They know nothing about tires or the system they are running. I ended up with two diffent sizes on my vehicle that is 4x4. They were also smoking near the vehicles. They werwnt even sure what was or wasnt done with a vehicle because of no communication. After putting the wrong size on I went to get my money back and he told me he would put the old ones on but I couldnt get my money back I had to come back the next day due to the "boss" not being in. I was charged twice for an alignment. Once I realized it they had already completed transaction and apparently they can’t refund when you pay cash. Now a month later still waiting for refund check. When I was there the manager was yelling and very rude to another customer who returned to get car refixed after issue wasn’t fixed first time. My alignment is not straight but you couldn’t pay me to go back and have them fix it again.
RecommendedTexas tire on loop 323 charged 108 dollars just to install 2 33 inch tires. The tire barn done it for 40 dollars. They where quick and had a table for kids and my daughter loved it. I highly recommend this place

RecommendedThis is the best place for tires!!! Great service.
Tire Barn doesn’t know the difference between a plain valve stem cap and a cap that has ST on it and matches the emblems on her SUV. My wife had to make a second trip back to get the cap since the tech threw it in the trash. Come on Tire Barn use common sense!
