The manager is amazing,,very friendly, customer focused for sure trying to do a great job. Also, very fair pricing

Asked for tire balancing and didn’t get one
Always do their best to listen to my concerns and help with the interest in the safety of the car. Helped so much and never over charge
The guy at the counter was very rude, had the place locked up before business hours and when I asked if they had been busy his response was "your the first customer today, and I've been here since 8am" I had to pay $225 for one tire! And this guy had the nerve on a quiet Sunday to give attitude to the only customer they had that day! Frankly if this is how tire barn employees act its no wonder there's no customers, that guy needs to either be retrained or fired if that's how he treats customers.
