The Tech that did the work on The vehicle did a very good job also got The work done quick also The guy working behind The counter was very nice and friendly would recommend this place to anyone.
In the past year I have had multiple good experiences at the New Castle Tire Barn. The service and communication have been outstanding. I feel like I get great customer service for an honest price.
I had some tires changed and that was done quickly and well. What I was most impressed with was the way Jacob Guyer helped me with a problem that had nothing to do with tires. I lost my phone and he jumped right in to help, he called my phone and called the last place I had been. None helped. He then went out to my truck and searched and found my phone! Maybe not heroic but a real customer service plus, made my day for sure!
The guy answering the phone was very nice when I made my appointment. The crew there is always fast and friendly. Highly recommend
