I needed emergency tire repair/ replacement and actually went to Big O first since it was the closest to where I was when I discovered I had a flat, where I was rudely turned away by the man leaning on the big o desk scrolling away on his phone. He could've said they were booked and left it at that, but he added what I'm sure he thought sounded like smart, funny comments, and laughed at me when i said i had a flat and needed a tire. Told them before I had tires changed, wanted my old ones back,after service didn't get them back, had to go back in and get my old ones back,the workers and managers had an attitude, will not go back to the store in Newcastle Indiana
I love this location in new castle they have always taken care of me. And as a woman in years they have never treated me like an idiot. Best service always
Everyone was nice and friendly and made me feel at ease.
