Professional and courteous staff. Waiting area very clean. Several restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Poor communication and lack of attentiveness
Listen, I got towed there with a tire blowout, BUT when I need any of the services they offer I’m going back! TJ is the real deal for courteous high-quality customer service. While I waited I saw him treat everyone that came in with respect regardless of their attitude or anxiety. 10 out 10 recommend.
Where do I start? I made the appointment for 10:30am on a Saturday. Appointment was made a few days ahead of time. Received both email and text confirmation. Showed up and was told there was no record of my appointment but that they could still squeeze me in. Was also told that they only had three of the four tires I had pre-selected when I made the appointment. I picked four more for slightly more money. Two hours later they call me up.
