We were able to get an appt in a timely manner and staff very professional and competent !
The customer service was subpar. The guy I interacted with was a little grouchy. He complained to every customer that came in about how they were overbooked due to the online booking and customer care. He didn't pay attention to my coupon I presented and tried to make me pay more. He did finally take it. I just found it very unprofessional to rant about business problems to potential and present customers.
Made an appointment to get all 4 of my tires changed. They cracked my rim cover/ plate and sent me home with a lug nut not on my tire because they didn’t want to damage the thread. (Yet didn’t let me know they cracked my rim cover) also they never have 4 tires for the cheaper option. I called the day before to ensure they had my tires in stock just to then tell me before I hand over my keys they only have 3 tires??? I have road hazard on my tires. Chris and the young lady there took good care of me. They are so nice to me there, and I go no where but tire barn. I've been going here for 10 years at least if not longer. I dont like that some of my past managers has moved on, but Chris is good. I did ask the gal if they would put protectors in my car because they were dirty from work. I had just shined my floor mats. She said she would, but did not, and this makes me mad.
