Awful experience, will not go back or recommend. Store and property are not taken care of, outside is covered in weeds and trash, and inside is dirty and holes in walls. Used a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation, made appointment online. Was there for over an hour! And only two people in waiting room, one of which was the young child of an employee. Very sketchy! My tire service was tire repair. I also chose a balance and rotation. 30 min est time. No problem. I sat down to wait. 15 min passed and they were done. “ All done he said. We are very fast. We are a great team.” I commented that it was too fast and that I never saw the rear wheels come off. You see after 5 minutes of waiting I decided to watch the work being done. Full marks to the tech who said that he had not done the rotation. But when I checked back in I saw the manager himself doing the balancing of the f... read more

I’ve always had luck finding my tires that a lot of people don’t carry at this location and they are quick to get me in and on the road again. Today, my mom saw she had a nail in her tire. The manager came out and checked with a spray bottle and it had not penetrated the tread. We greatly appreciated the kindness in checking that out for us and giving us peace of mind that our tire wasn’t damaged. Thank you!
