Tire repair
Tires on good. Did not like upselling for brakes. I did not go to a tire place to have brakes done. And get rid of the Indian call center. Hard to talk to someone and to have to jump hoops to speak to person at store
We were on a 2,200 mile plus trip from CO to MD and the tire warning sensor went off. Though the tire was not loosing air we thought it important to have it checked out. The team at The Tire Barn in Lafayette, IN took a look at the problem, screw in the center of the tire, and got us back on the road in under an hour ! Thank you for your swift attention to our needs. We know you were busy with bigger projects so dealing with our small problem, big to us, meant a lot. Thanks
Called in Friday afternoon ask for alignment because I replaced front end parts . Dropped it off Friday late afternoon was called early Saturday morning for pick up . Easy scheduled and timely results
Shout out to Tire Barn! Started this busy Monday morning with a tire slowly losing air. As a one man team, with a packed schedule, it is hard to find time for any unexpected thing that arises. Tire Barn squeezed me in between my morning appointments, had two new tires on within an hour, and I was right back in business!
