Fast and convenient also the guys are super nice every time I visit. Today I stopped in and JR was so helpful he took my car on a little test drive and lifted it and pretty much pin pointed the problem that I was concerned about he was very helpful patient and took the time to explain everything
My daughter had a bad tire on her way to Indianapolis and knew it would need replacement. She was alone and became scared she wouldn't make it to a shop in time. She made it to the Tire Barn on Sagamore in Lafayette about 10 minutes before closing. However, the manager absolutely refused to help her. I understand people want to go home at the end of the day but for someone to care so little about the safety and well being of another is unacceptable and pathetic behavior. Came in 10 minutes before closing and they refused to help me. Told me to stay the night in the parking lot and they open at 9am.
They take forever, even if you have an appointment. They replaced the wrong tire (the spare, which was obviously brand new)
The salesman treated me well.
