I had a slow leak in a larger tire that I couldn't locate. They took the time to locate the leak, unfortunately it was on the side wall and couldn't be fixed. Tanner went through all of the tire options and found one that matched my budget. No high pressure tactics, just good transparency all the way through the process. Toni and Cam, the owners, were appreciative for my business and super friendly. I would feel comfortable, and will be, recommending this business to my family and friends.
Staff is very helpful and polite. Go extra step to help customer.
I Never write reviews about companies but for this one I have to. Never have I ever experienced such amazing service. I called OK tires on a friday afternoon and told them I needed to buy a new set of tires and have them put on asap. When Costco was backed out until June 9th, the people at this store were thrilled to be the ones to save the day. Within an hour of calling, tanner had found and ordered me a set of very nice tires, had them delivered and Joe was able to throw them on shortly after I had arrived at the shop. The... read more
