Very disappointed and stressed over this. Tip top was called in by my warranty insurance because of a leak in my bathroom. At first the manager Labib seemed very helpful. They tore down my drywall charged my home insurance a ridiculous amount for taking the drywall out. They pawned me off to another company when it came down to putting the drywall back on and repairing. Very upset still dealing with this situation since 11/29/2025.

Best company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. They answer your calls or texts immediately or within a reasonable time. They are so nice and polite. They did a fantastic job. They brought calm and assurance when your world is turned upside down. Truly professionals! I will use this company in the future.
