Great guy, came at late time and helped
I called Tiptop as I was really worried about my basement floor drain issue , Clayton came out and told me what was happening and why , that it was safe and not a clogged / slow draining sewer line like I was so worried it was or something like that. He gave me such peace of mind , I can’t thank him enough. He did tell me what was possible to do to prevent it getting worse and worse over time ( super old old old house and super old corroded floor drain cover was there ) it needed a new drain cover. I would not recommend this company! We had a technician come to diagnose a water leak from our bathtub and they told us that there was a crack in our tub and the whole tub needed to be replaced ($5,000 repair). We then asked another company to diagnose to make sure this was the issue and they told us that the tub was not cracked, but rather the drain needed to replaced (which is a much less expensive fix).
