I have nothing but great things to say about TipTop plumbing! We experienced an emergency out at our cabin out side of the city on a Friday and had tried calling different companies that all listed they do emergency calls, 1 company didn’t even answer the phone and the other one wasn’t able to come until the next day. I wanted to give this company every opportunity to resolve my concerns before leaving a review. While they acknowledged some issues and even offered a partial refund, that refund was never provided. My biggest concern was the diagnostic process and quality of work. I was initially told the pump had failed and the burner was faulty, but neither was the actual issue.
