I needed after hour service. The lady who took my call was very kind and helpful. Jack was the technician sent to my house and he arrived very quickly. He was extremely nice and personable. He clearly explained the plan and cost to fix my issue. He worked quickly and fixed the problem. My experience was amazing and Jack was great!
Have great experience with Tiptop and technician Heinz was great to deal with multiple options to fix my water heater. I would use them again
Paul came and helped us replace a sink that many plumbers said they wouldn’t touch, he was in and out within two hours with a job done perfectly! Highly recommend!
This company is awful. I called them to book a repair for my mini split AC, and they told me that the inspection and diagnosis would cost around $75. Based on that, I booked the appointment. When the technician arrived, he checked the unit and then told me they needed to inspect the condenser unit as well. For that, they quoted me approximately $460, minus the $75 I had already paid.
