Customer Service is a lost art form these days. Not a concept Mr. Tipton seems to understand. I told him on Tuesday 12 DEC when we met, I needed 40 boards by the end of the week because Saturday was going to be a nice day to work outside fixing fence. I paid that night. I get home late Friday night, no boards. I send him a Facebook message about it (late that night). I get “sorry been very busy Ill have them to you by the end of the weekend”.
