Very little communication. Showed up without notice and did work without an estimate. Didn't have anything but a step ladder to to do service from the weather head to meter box. I sent pictures so he was aware of height for ladder. Drove on lawn with truck and put ruts in yard so he could put step ladder in bed of truck to reach weather head.
