I would NOT recommend this vets office to anyone. As Sunday we were in need of a vets service for our dog, an established patient of theirs for 13 years. Called spoke to a person, whom didn't show any compassion, Stated that the visit would be an emergency visit. Would cost extra upfront before even getting any information on our dog. My husband stated look money is not the issue here and we will pay you cash money up front I just need a vet to look at our dog of 13 years is weak, cant stand, and wont eat. I was very saddened to learn of such a negative experience with our after hours phone service company. This is a new program that was implemented in hopes to serve our clients better, but unfortunately they did not have proper information and I never received a phone call to let me know of your situation. RecommendedDoctor Morgan has always been super attentive, super friendly, and super kind. When our sweet kitty passed, he did everything to comfort us, he was there within minutes on a weekend. He eased a heartbreaking situation. I will never not recommend them!

Dr. Morgan is a very caring veterinarian. He will work hard to help your pet and give it comfort. He will work hard to put owners at ease during very trying and upsetting times. The vet techs are absolutely amazing and work very hard. I personally know everyone that works at Tipton Ridge cares very much about every animal that comes through our doors.
Best Vet, vet tech, everyone is wonderful. The place is always clean and they always take great care of the animals.

I had a leopard gecko named Mango but unfortunately had to be put down yesterday. Employees at two different pet stores gave me the wrong information about how to take care of her. Dr. Morgan knew what was wrong with her before taking x-rays. Dr. Morgan is not only a good vet but he also seems like a great person that loves and knows animals very well. I highly recommend this place. All of the employees was very friendly.
Recently moved to Pulaski. This morning I noticed a huge hematoma to my pup's ear this morning. I had been looking for a new vet anyway, and Tipton Ridge Veterinary Medical Center was recommended by one of my neighbors. Couldn't be happier! Same day appointment for my pup, including surgery, and received 2 phone calls - 1 from a tech and 1 from Dr. Morgan himself to update me on Sylvia's surgery and care. I brought my 1 month old bearded dragon in today, he had been overheated and dehydrated and Dr. Morgan is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he listened and talked to me as I cried about it and told me it wasn’t my fault and when the treatment costed more than I had, he just told me it was okay and what I had was enough. He is keeping my bearded dragon over the weekend to try and save him, as his condition is extreme. I 100% recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone that wants their pet taken the best care of.
