Had them replace a iPhone 11 screen about a year and a Half ago. The screen Broke again shortly after that and I ended up upgrading to a new phone. I set the phone in a drawer And didn’t think about it again until recently because I broke my new phone. My wife had an Issue the battery of my wife's phone. You had a new battery in there in about 2 hours, While I was there I asked about replacing the USB port on my phone as I couldn't charge through it anymore, instead the man cleaned out the port and I was able to use my USB again. They could have very easily taken my phone and "repaired" it but they were honest enough to not do that.
My husband needed his phone charging port repaired. Another phone repair store stated that it could not be repaired. A coworker recommended Tipton Repair because they fixed his phone screen. So my husband took it to Tipton Repair they order the part needed and repaired his phone within a week.
