Great service, fast repair, nice people!
I had a serious problem with my phone today and the young guy there fixed it in minutes! I was SO happy! This is the only place we'll go to from now on. And when the time comes for us to get new phones we're gonna buy them here bc we always dread going to the Cricket store bc you have to deal with 18 yr olds who aren't interested in actually helping you. I took an iPhone 13 Pro Max in for repair with damage all over from being run over by lawnmower. Cody and Autumn were very considerate and helpful with getting repairs done and getting phone working again with very reasonable pricing. I had a new battery installed too. The replacement battery had an issue and Cody replaced the battery, under warranty, without any issue. All the work was done fast. My phone is like new without any issues. Would highly recommend Tipton Repair for any phone or computer repairs.
